Cheryl Young received a Bachelor of Music Performance in Piano from Marylhurst University where she acquired training in:
Beginning, intermediate and advanced pedagogy techniques
Coordinate Movement, Body Mapping and injury prevention for pianists
Cheryl teaches beginning through advanced students of all ages. Lessons are custom designed to meet your individual interests and may include classical, jazz or popular styles. Fundamental music skills are taught including technique, theory, sight reading and ear training.
Students wanting to make music a career as well as those wishing to enhance their lives by expressing themselves through playing the piano for their own pleasure are all welcome.
